General principle for digital products
Due to the nature of downloadable software and license keys, once a license key has been issued or activated, the Software is considered “used” and cannot be returned in the same way as physical goods.
Therefore, refunds are limited to cases where the license has not been delivered, accessed, or activated, or where applicable consumer protection laws provide a mandatory right of withdrawal.
